Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift — II Cor. 9:15

Every day is a day to give thanks to God for all the good and the healing blessings we experience. Each day we can see in our lives the power of God-inspired gratitude to bring comfort and refuge. In this season, though, we set aside special time to focus on this gratitude. Our Thanksgiving service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 26. There are abundant opportunities to be blessed by this spiritual feast. You can read this year’s Thanksgiving Bible Lesson online or at our Reading Room.

The special Thanksgiving church service includes hymns, a scriptural selection, a solo, prayer, sharing of testimonies of gratitude, and a sermon consisting of readings from the Bible, with related readings from the book, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, the discoverer and founder of Christian Science. Child care is provided. No collection is taken.
